Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Hotel very well located (Metro at the foot of the hotel) and impeccable service. The staff is very friendly and will give you all the information you need. Exceptional breakfast buffet, perfect cleanliness.

Cleanliness: The hotel facilities were well maintained and very nice. Location: This hotel is close to the train station and easy to connect to key places of interest. It is also within walking distance to the area around the old fish market. Staff: The customer relation officer, Ms Sarah, provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in providing recommendations for meals and places to explore in this city.

refined atmosphere and incredible views of the bay from the room, impressive the skyline illuminated at night. extremely friendly staff. Gym and pool with a view, award-winning spa for your treatments. Good location, next to the Hama Rikyu gardens, close to the Shiodome (JR) station and a short walk from the Ginza area and old market in Tsukiji.

Absolutely perfect. Obviously the price is high, in accordance with the services.

The hotel is conveniently located near JR Shimbashi station, Donki store, and offers easy access to the main attractions of Tokyo by train. Guests can enjoy dining in a beautiful restaurant with great views of the city. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with heated bathroom floors and stunning artwork. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, surpassing the breakfast at other luxurious hotels like Four Seasons Kyoto.

The food at the hotel's restaurants and room service meals could be improved, considering the price of the hotel.

During our recent stay at Conrad Tokyo, we were blown away by the level of luxury and attention to detail. The views from our executive king room were amazing, with Tokyo Bay and the surrounding area stretching out before us. The room itself was tastefully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for. One particular highlight was the exquisite breakfast options available in the restaurant. From the buffet to the a la carte menu, we indulged in gourmet selections like the lobster omelette and Dutch Baby pancake. The staff, from the front desk to the waitstaff and housekeeping, were beyond friendly and professional. They were pretty good too ensure our stay was nice.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located on an elevated walking bridge to Ginza, which made it easy for us to explore the popular shopping district. The hotel also had a concierge service that helped us make reservations at hot restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a luxurious bathroom and a stunning view of Tokyo Bay. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The wifi in the hotel was not complimentary, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly attentive, providing exclusive amenities, such as a stunning spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and massage services. the restaurant served a mouth-watering in-room breakfast, with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind. the location advantages were also exceptional, as it was very close to the city's best shopping area.

this was a small setback compared to the overall experience.
