Cleanliness: The hotel facilities were well maintained and very nice. Location: This hotel is close to the train station and easy to connect to key places of interest. It is also within walking distance to the area around the old fish market. Staff: The customer relation officer, Ms Sarah, provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in providing recommendations for meals and places to explore in this city.

Gym and pool with a view, award-winning spa for your treatments. Good location, next to the Hama Rikyu gardens, close to the Shiodome (JR) station and a short walk from the Ginza area and old market in Tsukiji.
Absolutely perfect. Obviously the price is high, in accordance with the services.

The views from our executive king room were absolutely breathtaking, with Tokyo Bay and the surrounding area stretching out before us. We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located on an elevated walking bridge to Ginza, which made it easy for us to explore the popular shopping district. We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing exclusive amenities, such as a stunning spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and massage services. The restaurant served a mouth-watering in-room breakfast, with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind. The location advantages were also exceptional, as it was very close to the city's best shopping area.
We encountered only one minor issue during our stay: some of the staff lacked warmth, making us feel unwelcome at times. However, this was a small setback compared to the overall experience.
